A note about transfers...

To ensure our complimentary transfers are available, please book your arrival day flights to arrive in the afternoon (between 2pm and 5pm) and your departure day flights to depart early afternoon (between 1pm and 3pm) to/from either Chambery, Grenoble, Lyon or Geneva in that order of preference/distance from chalet. Minibuses on the day of arrival arrive at the airports no earlier than 1pm so if you book an early arrival you will have to wait. Minibuses on the day of departure will depart no later than 9.00am so if you book flight departing later than 2pm, you will have to wait at the airport. Complimentary transfers are based upon 8 sharing a minibus unless otherwise agreed, minibuses will be allocated to your group accordingly however when there are less than 8 in one minibus we may ask you to share with other guests going to the same resort and we will ensure any wait times will be kept to a minimum. Transfers from/to Bourg St Maurice/Aime (arrive 06.27 or 18.20, depart 10.00 or 22.15)for the train station are complimentary on arrival/departure days only (charges apply on other days). Early arrivals by train or self-drive only for an extra day´s skiing can be accommodated, please ask for further details (conditions apply). There is no extra discount for self-drive. Baby car seats and booster seats will be arranged for children and infants. Complimentary transfers are not available under any other conditions and it is the Group Leader´s responsibility that all your group members are aware of these conditions.
